I agree with all above. Don't HWT. The sleeves will shorten, and as far as blousing goes, some blousing is actually historically correct. As was pointed out in another thread, most people don't blouse their jackets enough, and are in fact wearing jackets that are too small.

Besides, wait until you're my age (if you still have the jacket by then). You'll be glad you didn't shrink it.
