I use the aero hangers

The length of the hanger is important. Standard length ones allow the ends of the shoulders to sag unless the shoulders are quite narrow and there will be little humps there when worn. Particularly with heavy leather. You can buy long hangers with wide spread ends that take the weight well and support the shoulders all the way across.
