Anyone in UK see tonight prog?
English lady with her Dad’s painted 14thAF A2 and said she had a small collection. Looked a larger size and my guess a Werber in reasonable condition but, the ‘expert’ valued it at £1k! Personally I’d have said double that at least!!

I saw that. Bill Harriman the 'expert' is a good guy and knows his beans with regards to firearms and certain sections of militaria collecting, I think he was a bit out of his depth with regard this item.

I saw that and thought it would have been at least twice his estimate - especially with the photo’s etc….£2.5k or more?

Clearly filmed back in the summer as they were distanced etc so yes a new series! As said the valuer, Bill Harriman a tad out of his depth but think I’d pay a £grand for it, if it was my size! Interesting the lady agreed it might be better in a museum - an arguable point I thought?
