It's not quite as described by the seller. It's a late War British-made Links Irvin. These are fairly common. It may have been worn by a Norwegian Airman, but there is absolutely no proof for this.

To be fair he makes no assurances that it was worn by the Norwegian, just that it came in the same items as his battledress etc. This seller does get some good stuff and is pretty honest in his descriptions, not everyone knows the different Irvins and their differences.

All this may be true, but the title is misleading.

If the seller was unsure when the jacket was made, rather than say it was "early War" he would be safer to say "from world War 2".
