I recommend using Buyee, which works as a go-between to get the items and send them to you. I find it relatively easy to work with. Getting set up was a bit of a challenge, but the instructions are there on the site.

Jan I've never had a jacket not arrive and FedEx or DHL usually send me a tax bill while it's sitting in customs, never been over 50 euros, quick shipping also
