I am no expert, but it looks like its been reknitted, retanned or sprayed and relined.
Alot like my body.

Replaced wristlets and re-painted-perhaps another depot job?

redye for sure. knits likely replaced. the hides are dry as a bone, which is hard to see because the jac was seriously gooped up with a conditioner. caveat emptor
