They look OK but I would not apply a heat transfer to any leather jacket. Too many bad things can happen. Also, decals can peal off. IMO, painting is the way to go. It looks great and lasts.

Set iron on Low Heat and put a folded towel over decal and keep iron moving until decal adheres to leather, or transfer onto leather and sew on.

I have done about 10 heat transfers on leather. Used a setting above medium with a t-shirt on top. you want to make sure you give hard even pressure when pressing down, also when you peal the backing do it slowly and watch the letters, they have a tendency to come back up with the backing if your iron was not hot enough. If any part of the insignia comes back up, put it back down and reapply heat.
