Actually, it's very legit.

It may well be, but it has a look many restored jackets have....which creates the difficulty in defining/judging the line of restoration vs enhancement, especially from pictures. Getting a first hand inspection can make a big difference, but both the patch and name plate are of a style that have been heavily reproduced, and this sadly can make many originals suspect.
