He does a great job, and like my comment about "Made in the USA" yesterday regarding American Flight Jacket reproducers, he can say "Real Italian Made" I'd be sporting that like crazy if I were him.

My knuckles took a beating every time I've done one. Years ago I found it to be tricky incising without going through the leather until I tried an antique fingernail pick with dull scimitar type of blade and tip. It did a good job but required some force to get through the epidermis of the leather. I'd do a patch and my joints would hurt for days so I quit the incised patches until a custom incised was ordered recently. Funny how you can experiment and ponder an art technique for years and then one day the answer hits you and the problem is solved. Now with little effort and no mistakes, I can easily incise a patch but I'll only do special requests once in a while. Got plenty of CBI's to do as it is.
