2x Edmund Church M422-A jackets?

The seller just pulled these , but what did you think of them? The painting was particularly interesting and I think I might duplicate it if I ever get a repro M422-A.

Ah! He realized he'd got the decimal point in the wrong place...

Any idea what unit the artwork represents?

I have done a search for it but nothing similar has been found. Perhaps others here recognise it.

Well he wont be selling them at that price. I was going to bid on them, but I wont be bidding now. They will take some serious work to get repaired. For that price I would expect them to be mint.
