“Original” Irvin Jacket

Hi, new poster but saw this and wasn’t sure on what the likely age is on it.
It looks in too good a nick to be hugely old unless stupidly lucky but I haven’t seen any with the tubing go up while I’ve been searching before

An original WW2 irvin jacket. Complete with wiring loom (umbilici unusually intact). No wear to fleece. All original DOT zippers working perfectly. Original elastic collar strap present.

Looks quite new and he doesn’t show pictures of zips but just says they're DOT. If it wasn’t wired you would immediately think repro… But I suppose because it is wired and therefore less useful as a civvy jacket it might have been unused war surplus and so kosher.

I have a very similar jacket to this one with the umbelicals removed.
I am very confident that this jacket is original and is in remarkable condition retaining many desireable features ( collar strap, hanging chain, electrical cords etc).
It is also a very good size, although it looks wearable I would suggest that it is of museum quality and I am sure it will bring a good price.

It’s an original in mint condition. This is one to buy that will only go up in value over the coming years.
