Most of the originals I've seen are decals on leather, which requires very accurate work to replicate. Did you 'dry brush' the colour gradients or use a thinned down wash?

No thined or dry brush, all normal. Just yellow paint is very transparent so I mixed with litlle white to get better covering. Maybe it coud have turned up slightly better, but think not so bad. I use Angelus paints for leather and they dry very, very fast. Sometimes thats good for painting sometimes not. But they are so good, good quality, excellent! Glad if you like the patch
