Which contract jackets had double topstitched sleeves ?

I'm wondering which WWII A2 contracted jackets included a double topstitched (or double felled) sleeve construction, if any ? That is to say - not double stitches next to each other BUT the where the two sleeve halves would be joined with a single topstitch down each seam. TIA.
