Does anyone know where to get one of these apart from the insanely expensive Real Mccoys version? Looks like just the thing to wear under an A2 when the weather turns a little chilly.. the Buzz version seems to be sold out everywhere.

You might want to give the ELC A-1 mechanics sweater a look. Looks the part particularly with a D-1...

I like the A-1 but really would prefer the zip up C-2 i think, guess i'll just have to keep my eyes open or wait for the Buzz restock next autumn.

I found the Real Mccoys version for sale in the US here:

Willis & Geiger made a decent version in wool. They called it a "C-2 Glider Pilot Sweater." They also did the Mechanics sweater (just add your own Talon zip).

Also Ralph Lauren makes a nice copy but in a linen/cotton blend :shock:

Plus the usual suspects -- What Price Glory for some nice khaki wool variant sweaters -- WW1 & 2 versions. . .and WW2 IMPRESSIONS for their 5 button high neck.

I have 2 of those polo sweaters they wear real nice under an A-2.
