Strange label in 1970's Alpha L-2b with no contract info

Hi all
This L-2b J model is on ebay at the moment, but the label has no us contract info on it, is this one that was ordered for the Australian air force? I've never seen one without contract info before.

This is not GI issue. Note the epaulets without a waist tab, a classic feature of civilian-market Alpha L-2Bs. In addition, if you look closely you'll see evidence of pilling on the knits consistent with the use of synthetic materials.
