I always enjoy your work. Thanks for posting the above examples.

I've done a few of those myself. The 349th BS (Mickey Mouse riding Pluto) was particularly interesting as it is one of a number of 8th AAF patches where the design is stamped into the leather to give an embossed 3D effect. I managed to replicate this by hand by tooling the leather while it was damp. As you will know any patch, where the detail is unpainted is always a challenge :eek:

Yes, I noticed at one original it looks like some kind of stamp, something like that. I couldnt do that, just simple painted on natural leather and leave some parts unpainted.
