Looks like it was stored in a tanning bed. Dry rot has set in, the patches are trashed... such a shame.

And it's a Bronco, too....

Looks like a rattle can restoration to me. Not enough as the rot is now poking through the paint. Should be laying in pieces on the floor shortly.

It's a shame the patches were simply painted over when the jacket was initially refurbished in a USAAF depot.
