Is 25" too short or is that the way a stock 46 would be? Seems like a custom job.

I have a 445 from RMNZ, which is 25 long and a size 40, these jackets always looked short in the pics, I'm assuming that the jacket length doesn't increase by much (maybe an inch) as the size goes up. However, the guy states in his listing:
"The jacket is all-over custom made for me, incorporating a number of features I wanted"
