Recent pick up Original B-10 made by Rough Wear with “Blonde” collar

Just picked this jacket up last week. Will likely sell it, but wanted to share it here as well.

Overall good shape save for the collar damage. Cool to see the leather pull still with the zip.

Cheers!

I love this rough wear with the white mouton. It's a presentation piece now but interesting for us and the image bin!

Wish the repro outfits could reproduce that faded knit color, I think Gizemo are close but waiting for HQ images to find out.

And a side note about how we can clearly see that the alpaca was actually double sided... That too I am unsure if the repros do it, I remember a couple of threads about that here....

Do you suppose the cuffs of a modern repro will fade after awhile naturally, maybe a wash or two later they might dull down and fade after they break in etc?

Good question Dumpster D. Most of all my knitted jackets, originals & repros, B-15, B-10, L-2, A-2 have a color fastness pretty (high). But my Aero A-2 did fade quite a lot after sunlight exposure (riding).

I think @Shanghai-Mayne puts it correctly, quality in material and in the dyeing process should show on the long term.
