Question about g1 7823 ‘s pockets

Does a g1 7823 exist with this type of pocket and the pen stitching?

Yes - first model Foster 7823. It's pretty much indistinguishable from their previous 55J14 and AN-J-3A contracts, which also had the pocket stitch line.
