Taking another look at this, it does lend credence to your view on the Perry pattern(s) Jason -

Shoulder width 19 1/2"
Pit to Pit 17"
Sleeve length (presumably to leather cuff?) 18"
Bottom of collar to rear waist band 21"
Zipper length 22"
Epaulettes 7"

Trying to compare with my Perry (and Doniger) I find the shoulder width odd - 19 1/2" looks pretty wide for a 40 (especially with the chest measurement). The rear length is modest as well...

Looks like the shorter, wider Perry 'bon viveur' pattern :lol:
