A friend sent me this image which is of a decal belonging to one of his co-workers. The co-worker's father was a pilot in the Pacific in WWII.

Can anyone help identify the squadron?

That we do not know. Evidently there are also recon photos of Tokyo Harbor, some showing bombing grids. If a bomber pilot I would guess AAF, but that's just a guess.

I can't help with the ID...but its a cool patch. Looks like King Neptune and a torpedo, so I'd guess its USN from some era.
