Original Aero of Beacon WWII D-1 - Anyone See One?

Gents,

I am looking to see if anyone has experience with an original Aero D-1 label. I've looked through all the resources that I have, and very oddly cannot find any photos of an Aero D-1.

I know they had a few contracts, and these are the ones I'm familiar with:

(33-038) 45-495AF

I would love to hear from someone if this very strange and unique question could be answered.
