    Looks to me like the jacket was relined, and a tag from a peacoat or something similar installed.. The jacket looks to perhaps be an H&L Block AN-6552...

    I agree. It is a relined Block jacket. It looks like part of a Peacoat as well as its label was used to re-line this goatskin jacket.

    peacoat or larger wool cpo type over shirt..ditto the label

    Block m-422a relined with a pullover 'crackerjack' sweater I would say due to the low v shaped yolk on the liner
