It feels good. But I have never worn this king of jacket. So, for me, it is new.How does it feel with a regular, long-sleeved, collared shirt?
Thank you for opinion. I am agree with you.Original M422a's were cut longer in the torso than later USN jackets. Whatever pattern they made for this jacket makes it look more like a modern G-1.
IMHO, sleeve length looks good, but looks tight in the chest.
Or work out, no offense please - but this would be way more beneficial in the future than ordering a sized-up jacket. Not easy to start but always worth working out [even a bit!] for health improvement.Too tight in the waist as well.
You need to go up one size .
Yes, lose a couple of stone and hopefully not the missus in the pursuit of jacket porn..This is what I’m currently doing-wanted an ELC G-1 for years, finally got one, only to find that, although wearable, it’s really too tight in the belly. A few years ago I’d have had no trouble with a size 42. So rather than sell it on, I’m working on getting some weight off in order to be able to wear it comfortably. Been needing to lose weight for a couple of years, and this has finally given me the motivation to do it. Amazing what jacket collecting can do for you!
She’d have gone years ago if that was a problem! Thankfully I can get away with it.Yes, lose a couple of stone and hopefully not the missus in the pursuit of jacket porn..
