Mister Freedom

I know these jackets aren't vintage, and they're not repros, but they are heavily vintage inspired, and frankly Christope Loiron (aka Mister Freedom) has been killing it on the jacket front over the past few years. There is something for everyone to like in what he does -- leather, cloth, denim, nylon, military, civilian, deck, flight, camo, all different eras -- and if I had a lot more money I'd have a lot more of his work. The quality is excellent (most of it by Sugar Cane in Japan, with the rest made here in the US of A) and the attention to detail is awesome. This is just a sampling -- check it out for yourself. Hell, the descriptions themselves are worth the price of admission.

These are very interesting and look beautifully made. The "Sea Hunt" jacket in particular intrigues me with its wildly improbable combination of features borrowed from numerous original military designs--it's almost as if it was assembled by someone on LSD!

I like the black campus jacket. The one shown appears to fit a size 38 MF. I'm not sure that they make that jacket for a MF as big as me.

Maybe not, V. His admission to "...not knowing anything about flying machines..." might be a serious man card issue.

I always forget about MF. Very cool looking stuff, top quality for sure but too rich for my blood.
