MA-1 Skyline....how are they sized??

I've seen a Large MA-1 Skyline and wonder how are they sized, as in what range of sizes is covered by the large?

Would it cover a 44 Chest???

I thought the Large was 40-42 ... anyway, I'm a 40, and the Large fits me.
