Can you believe this guy. Galland is wearing a captured Irvin. What he is showing is a post-war British sheepskin. They sell for 70 Euros or so.

What a load of bollocks! Some folk just cannot help talking out of their backside on Ebay. It's laughable, but...what concerns me is that there are beginners out there without the knowledge base to realise these sharlatans are dressing up 'cheap' modern jackets with their marketing speel and banging on a premium price.

I used to have a jacket just 'like that one' in the 70's with the hand warmer pockets. Cheap as Chips! The Luftwaffe was disbanded before my one must have had a chance to be issued to the cook-house!

Paddy is spot on here. The jacket could have been made any time from the 1950s through to the 1970s. It does resemble an Irvin in that it is sheepskin, but the santa pockets......oh dear...This type of jacket sells for under £100 on Ebay. Pure rubbish!
