Lined vs unlined

Hi All,

Does anyone here have experience with unlined jackets? Thedi makes one and I've seen a couple of vintage trucker leather jackets that were unlined - are they comfortable? and what's the point of having them unlined?

Anyone with firsthand experience, please let me know, thank you.

In theory, it cost more. First need to choose better hide, that has no flaw or tiny flaw could be easily covered. Second, need various product process.
They are comfort in warm weather.

Thank you, is the inside of the jacket treated in any way? Does it have the feel of a rough suede?

I tend to only see unlined leather jackets as "racing shirts" or Caffe Racers
They're more comfortable in high heat and high humidity areas of the world
