VP-812 Korean War M-422A flight jacket. This jacket has seen a ton of cockpit time and VP-812 was active in the Korean war flying coast patrol mission

Those KW patched jackets are so rare. Thank you for sharing with us.

VP-812 was one of some reserve squadrons created at the beginning of the 50s increasing Pacific Fleet patrol units. They were flying PV-2 Neptune.

Thta is actually avery interesting question. Does anyone know what the other patch is?
 
Not sure what the other patch is, still doing research. But VP-812 was a reserve squadron from my home state of Minnesota. They were stationed out of NAS Minneapolis, later NAS Twin Cities.
