I know life is getting worse when I can get a GW A-2 NOW that will fit me and the only thing stopping me is money.

Would be good to have an A-2 that I could layer a wooly pulley under thereby creating my own winter flying jacket.

The bottom of the zipper would drive me mad!

I was going to buy it but the added cost of the zip fix would put me over my current budget. Someone will enjoy it though. It's a nice jacket and one that probably has a good amount in common with a real WWII jacket with all it's imperfections. That's what sorta attracted me to it to begin with (aside from price).

I rarely zip my A2s.....very tempted for the price. Anyone know why the bottom of the zipper does that?

It's sold. It was a too-short zipper, that's the issue.
