General Lucian Truscott's jacket

I came across a photo of General Lucian Truscott wearing what I assumed was an ANJ-3. What interested me was the sharply scalloped pockets so I did a Google search and found many photos of him wearing a non issue and very splendid looking jacket. I thought others might be interested.
Here's the photo of what I thought was an ANJ-3.

It's not an ANJ-3. Something non-issue.

It's got cargo pockets, very unusual in leather, even in those days, they had their heyday in the early 1970's Safari Jackets
