This is an aviation art print by Roy Grinnell titled, "Christmas Over Rangoon"
http://www.roygrinnell.com/prints08.htm
I'd painted a group of all three AVG Squadron patches to be raffled off at a luncheon hosted for the AVG Aces at a nearby AFB. The proceeds were to go to "Friends of American Fighter Aces" to fund these meetings. I left the rocker panel underneath for the ace(s) to sign, each ace would sign under their squadron. I had an extra 3rd Sqn, Hell's Angel, patch and asked Duke Hedman to sign it for me, I took it and painted a Chinese AF patch to matt with my print.
Robert P. “Duke” Hedman – was the first AVG ace, shooting down 5 planes (ace in a day) in a harrowing fight over Rangoon, Burma on Christmas day 1941.
