Five Star G-1 Sizing Recommendation

Looking for input from anyone approximately my size that has purchased a Five Star G-1.
I'm interested in the Cagleco G-1 variant.

My info is:
5'11" and 200 lbs, chest 42".

I have another jacket that I like, with the following dimensions:
armpit to armpit 23"
sleeves 27" incl knits
back 27" incl knits

I like to have room to move around as when travelling (not slim fit or close fit).

Anyone have input on the size you bought?

I had a 55J14 from him about 4 years ago in 44 regular. Basic stock sizes, no custom work. Seems pretty true to the measurements, no complaints. It is quite a slim contract.
I think he does a Calego as well but I have not seen anyone comment on it.
