Since when did ELC have a press stud fastener at the bottom of the wind flap and is any ELC a vintage jacket(?) - I think not!

The seller is another with an unfortunate manner, very defensive and dismissive of my assertion it is not an ELC jacket.

As for back painting, the nose art of this particular P-51D WD-A was "Ridge Runner", and the graphics was of a razorback runing. Maybe this is what caused the confusion:
