Hello gentlemen,
Since April 2023 applies: In Germany, ebay must report possible commercial sellers to the tax authorities. That should then be annual sales of over 2000 €. The financial administration then determines whether the seller is regarded as a private individual or as a dealer. Trade taxes are then set for the latter, which the seller must pay. Of course, you can appeal against the order.
