One thing i notice about that jacket is the shoulder patches are looking much older and more worn than the chest patches.

I checked the rosters for a "Ballentine" and the name did'nt show up on any of the ones I found.

Perhaps someone with a size 36 chest, which rules most members out!
Unless it was bought simply as a collectable to display.
