Hi. The zipper is from the 70's. Great looking jacket with awesome patina but it's not WW2. Saying that, A-2's are not my strong point. Others will know better.

Looks to be a nicely broken-in cowhide mid-late 1970's Avirex (civilian) A-2 to me...

Yes, it an Avirex repro A2 dating from the late 1970s. Their jackets from this time always had a horizontal stitch line in the middle of the inner collar.
