I know I've seen this unusual patch shape before but I can't find it online. Can anyone ID it ?

44th Bombardment Squadron of the 40th Bomb Group , Eagle wings raised and holding an aerial bomb below his body, bomb nose and Eagles wings just outside of the disc .
