It's a nice-looking jacket. What would be a reasonable offer to make on this? Not too familiar with pricing and history of the jacket.

B&T naval jackets are rare, but the BIN is way OTT IMO. It's also a smaller size. $600-800 would be a more sensible price if the seller really wants to relinquish the jacket.

I agree. $800 would even be high in my opinion.
