A few weeks ago I decided that it was time to do a bit of repair work on my old Aero Barnstormer jacket. I phoned Aero to enquire about buying some new buttons. I spoke to Chloe who refused to accept any payment and even phoned me back to double check the colour I needed. A few days later an envelope of buttons arrived. She even sent me a fair number more than I asked for. That’s what I call customer service. Ken Calder, if you read this please send Chloe my sincere thanks and her great customer care has worked. My next leather jacket will definitely be an Aero.
