Not really. Many UK collectors have good original A-2's in their collections. The 8th and 9th Air Forces are obviously of interest due to their wartime operations from Britain. A visit to The Thrift Shop in Battersea around 1979/80 would have been greeted with windows full of original A-2's with patchers and artwork.
