Very nice, and easily researchable. It appears the one shoulder
has a fair amount of flaking. I'd be curious to see more pics of
the damaged areas.
If the damage is not serious, I would guess 3K.

well if there is serious damage new owner could always frame up the back panel.....love the nose art

does size matter.......it's a wee 38

True. I fail to understand why so many people place early large bids rather than place a snipe in the last few seconds.

a) to show they got deeeep pockets

b) to weed out the dreamers

c) BIG dog with BIGGER lollys.......not a wannabe porn star-let

d) to help seller laugh all the way to the banks.....banks.....an obscene word post sub-prime market fiasco

Here's the shoulder close-up from the new pictures, Jeff ... it's not pretty.

That wouldn't bother me. Even if the hides on this example were in perfect shape, a jacket decorated to this extend belongs in a display.

like i say.....in worst case scenario can always frame just the back panel for the nose art......

If that is the extent of the damage, it is not great, but not terrible.

Another possibility for the big early bids is that the
seller may have a friend pushing it up for him.
Squeezing every possible dollar out of it, and then some!
