90th FIGHTER SQUADRON PATCH COPIED FROM ART OF FLIGHT JACKET

I think you did a very good job with it. I think the original
measured out to be roughly 5.75". I agree with you that
anything over 5.25" really overwhelms a jacket. This one
was the only large patch I had seen that looked really cool
on the jacket.

Hi Jeff I finished the patch and it has matt coating on it and it is still drying so its hot off the press ,The face I made a little dirty like it had been in battle and the smoke and seed lines are on and border has been reset ,but the diameter is a little larger than I wanted at 5 1/2" o/d max .The jacket it is laying on is a size 38 chest but does havethe marks from a previous patch which was 4 3/8" .The jacket I bought to give to my brother when I go back to England in the next few weeks .Your welcome to have this one but I am going to make another one now I know what I should of done .
