Rather active Squadron. When I first saw this design it looked like a robot head and torso. The discription in Maurer explained the camera.

Yes , it was a rather "modern" looking design for that era , I saw it for what it was a "winged aerial camera" , but if you really don't look at it closely it does resemble a robotic type of design .
