A while back I had asked Edward to help me in finding an RAF mug . He had a couple of original RAF pint mugs that he had displayed in his very cool home office . It’s seems these things are very rare and almost impossible to find here in the US , in any kind of acceptable condition . So he did the next best thing, he found me a couple of spot on repros that are way cool . So I wanted to publicly thank him for helping me and for being kind enough to continue the hunt long after I had given up .

Sorry Jan I don’t know . According to the seller these were made as commemorative items by one of the same companies that made the originals during the war . They were made back in the early 1990s.

My pleasure! It’s one of my most favorite ephemera items and if I could only keep one of my related WWII aviation items it’s most definitely a 1 pint RAF mug! So glad you got to acquire those!
