Bronson is turning out respectable quality jackets at relatively good prices . Go for the higher priced version. You won’t be disappointed.Hi new to the forum but lurking for a while. Been wanting to buy one of these jackets but not sure if I should settle for the cheaper version (nonstock) or the Bronson. Does anyone know the major differences other then the interior on the Bronson being 75/25 wool poly blend

Check the “review” section and the “Cloth “ section. I know there have been several discussions about them. You might also do a “search” for Bronson Jackets.Thank you for the response!
They both look great! I want the Bronson. Anyone have one that they give reviews and or close up picks
That’s a good option, however have you checked out a Buzz Rickson N-1?I ordered a bob dong deck hook jacket to wear when I am out to sea. It matches our ship’s issued jackets plus no one really cares on my ship what jackets we wear out to sea.
It should be arriving here soon.
I NEED a Bronson Khaki N1 Deck jacket size 44 in my life!
Is that the same one as you had for sale a couple of weeks ago?Bronson is turning out respectable quality jackets at relatively good prices . Go for the higher priced version. You won’t be disappointed.

If they were ever going to, they'd have done it by now.Yes ... same one. Unfortunately the largest size they make is too tight for me. So I sold it off and picked up a Buzz. If Bronson and Dong ever start making jackets in a normal size 46 they will sell a bunch more of their jackets.
Thank you and yes please. I am currently in the US Navy. Stationed out of CaliforniaGood point that Burt pointed out ...
Anyway - if you might be interested I can snap a couple of piccies of my N1 collection as soon as i’m Back home in Germany next weekend
Are you currently on duty in the Navy?
As in what ways ? Fitting? Details ?Bronson and non stock are the same company the non stock N1 is the budget version, inferior in every way to the Bronson.
Your probably right, but I can’t help thinking thatIf they were ever going to, they'd have done it by now.
