Never heard of them but judging from the fonts used in the label and the aesthetic of the logo and if I was a betting man, I'd say 70s to mid 80s. Take that with a grain of salt though.

I agree, this information has come up earlier regarding Startown G1's:

Star Sportswear was started in the 1920s by the Russian immigrant Samuel Kurland (originally Kurlansky). It was sold to Londontown Clothing Co (now London Fog Industries) in 1970 and renamed Startown. In the late 80's Clipper Mist and Startown were merged to recreate the Star Sportswear name.
