Looks like something Lost Worlds made up at some point, they have made similar for the Jap market before....horrible!

I think Paul is right... the label looks like the faux Dubow label Lost Worlds uses. Pretty close to the original but the absence of the numerical size is a dead giveaway....

You're right, it has their trademark Drawing No. 30-415 label, with the missing digit.

Though I remember seeing a cord deck jacket they did that was quite okay. Just doesn't seem to work in the A-2 style.
