It’s a commercial repro of a first generation US Navy WWII deck jacket.

Had the exact same RM repro of the special winter version of the Deck Jacket. My only issue with it was that it was a cold weather jacket but didn't have a cold weather collar. I don't know how that particular jacket has ended up in that condition; did someone go all out to make it look 80 years old?!
